DESCRIPTION:​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​An epidemic of burnout among health care professionals is affecting quality\, safety\, and health care system performance. To help reverse the worrying trend\, the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) partnered with experts around the world to create Finding and​ Creating Joy in Work\,​ beginning April 6\, 2021. This 12-week online course with coaching is full of new thinking\, resources\, strategies\, frameworks​\, and solutions will help workforces truly thrive — not just survive. ​ \nGiven the popularity of the course on Finding and Creating Joy in Work among the participants over the last couple of years\, the Specialist Services and Shared Care Committees via their Physician Leadership Scholarship are once again sponsoring (covering the tuition costs of) specialists and family physicians in BC to participate in the course. \n  \nTo register\, please follow the below steps:\n\nRegister for the course in this link\nFill out this application form and email it to jcctraining@doctorsofbc.ca along with your receipt to claim your tuition fee.
